Lilian Lim heads the Real Estate Practice at the Firm & co-heads the Collective Sale Department with Denis Tan. She was admitted as a Barrister-At-Law to the Bar of England and Wales and an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She is also appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.

Lilian has accumulated many years of experience in conveyancing and real estate work as well as advising in all aspects of real estate law and property transactions, including sale and purchase of shophouses, residential, commercial, industrial properties, collective sale, development work for developers and real estate financing. She is frequently invited by financial institutions, developers, banks and real estate agencies to conduct training sessions, talks, webinar and seminars on all aspects of real estate law, policies and procedures. Lilian has even travelled to Hong Kong to present real estate law at the invitation of financial institution & developers.

Lilian was also invited as a guest lawyer for live interviews on CNA 93.8FM addressing questions relating to various real estate issues and other community-related real estate legal questions sent in by listeners. She is also a Real Estate Practice facilitator for the Singapore Part B Bar Examinations organised by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education.
