Lilian Lim heads the conveyancing department. She was admitted as a Barrister-At-Law to the Bar of England and Wales and as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She is appointed by the Singapore Academy of Law as a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.

Lilian has accumulated an immense number of years in conveyancing practice and has been advising in all aspects of real estate work, including sale and purchase, collective sale, development work for developers and real estate financing. Lilian frequently gives presentations and talks on all aspects of real estate law on policies and procedure. She has been invited by financial institutions, banks and real estate companies to give talks and seminars on legal matters conducted in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Her main areas of practice lie in real estate and property law, commercial law, banking, companies, partnerships, hire purchase, consumer protection as well as landlord and tenant.
