Dominic Nagulendran

Dominic graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Honours (2nd class upper) from NUS and subsequently obtained a Master of Laws from NUS. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 1993 and is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

His primary area of practice is in real estate and conveyancing. His experience covers the whole spectrum of retail real estate work, covering sale, purchase, mortgage and refinancing for private residential and commercial properties and HDB flats. He has also been involved in collective sale transactions and is experienced in acting for purchasers of uncompleted properties sold by licensed housing developers. He was a tutor for the Real Estate component of the Part B course for the law graduates who wished to be called to the Singapore Bar.

He also does Wills and has experience in probate matters. In his earlier years of practice, he was a criminal defence lawyer, both at trial and appellate level. He also did some prosecution work and had also co-written the chapter on corruption found in the inaugural Halsbury’s Laws of Singapore (Criminal Law), a practitioner’s guide.
