Philip graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore. He is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Philip's primary area of practice is in real estate and conveyancing. In particular, he advises clients on the sale, purchase and re-financing of HDB flats.
