Denis Tan is the Senior Partner and heads the Dispute Resolution Department. He also co-heads the Collective Sale Department with Lilian Lim. He has handled several major criminal and civil cases over the years as well as appeared before the Strata Titles Board acting for the majority as well as the minority owners in collective sales.
